1. The machine must be plugged into a 15amp dedicated circuit with nothing else plugged into it. Do not use an extension cord (possible damage may occur if these instructions are not followed).

2. Remove the lid and pour the mix into the top of the machine. Now turn the machine to the ON position, do this at least 1 hour prior to serving drinks. The ON-OFF-CLEAN switch is located at the top left front of the machine (under the lighted logo panel).

3. When the MIX LOW light comes on start adding additional mix. If you want to serve a different flavor now would be the time to change flavors, just add the new flavor mix.

END OF MIX: You will know when you get to the end of the mix as it comes out in thick drops, to dispense remaining mix turn the machine setting to the CLEAN position for a few minutes, at the end of the party just turn the machine setting to the OFF position.

3. To start freezing the drink mix, turn the main green power switch to ON, then turn the Auger and Freeze buttons on. The Auger light should turn green if it is ON. The Freeze light will turn green after a few minutes as the condenser kicks in. When both lights are green the machine is functioning correctly and the drink mix will be frozen in about 2+ hours based on ambient temperature.

4. To turn OFF separate hopper compartments, please use the appropriate left or right Freeze/Auger controls. To turn the machine OFF completely please use the main green power button.
