Q: What payment types do you accept?
A: For your convenience, we accept cash, business checks and money orders. Sorry we do not accept credit cards or personal checks at this time. [Top]
Q: Where can I find information about your terms & conditions (cancellation policy etc.)?

Q: How far in advance should I make my reservations?
A: Please make your reservations as soon as possible. All of our inflatables are very popular and sometimes we are booked weeks and even months in advance. The sooner you call, the more likely you are to be able to obtain the item you want. Remember there is no deposit required and no cancellation fees so please book to be on the safe side. [Top]
Q: Can I cancel my reservation?
A:Yes. All cancellations must be called in the at least the day before your rental.
Here at KingKongPartyRentals we do our best to accommodate all customers in times of unforeseen weather and/or emergency conditions. For this reason, we stay tuned day and night to the local weather conditions in and approaching our area. We ask that all customers do their part and stay informed as to any weather conditions approaching their area.

In order for us to better serve all customers, we have developed what we feel is a fair policy for cancellations and rain checks. Sometimes rain may be occurring in one town but not the town right next to it, and it might only last a few minutes. For this reason WE DO NOT CANCEL DUE TO WEATHER, this decision is left solely to the customer. Please feel free to give us a call should you have any questions regarding our policies.
Customers should call by 5:00 PM the day before their rental to check on their scheduled delivery time. In order for all customers to be delivered on time we occasionally deliver several hours in advance of scheduled rental time. The customer is responsible for notifying the office BEFORE THE DRIVER DELIVERS ON THE DAY OF THEIR RENTAL if they need to cancel the rental. Once the equipment is delivered there is NO REFUND. All decisions to cancel due to weather or any other reason need to be made BEFORE the scheduled delivery time, even if the equipment is delivered early. We ask that the customer be informed of all weather conditions approaching by watching or listening to their local news. If a verbal acceptance of the delivery is given over the phone on the morning of the delivery and the customer declines the rental when the driver gets to the rental location, there will be a trip fee accessed. Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Unlike some other companies we do not require deposits or any advancement payment. This is designed for the convenience of you (our customers). [Top]
Q: How do I make a reservation?
A: You can call us at (281)-301-5664 or submit a reservation request through our website. If there is no answer, please leave a brief message with your name, number, event date and which unit you are interested in and we will return your call. It is our goal to personally answer every call, but sometimes we cannot. If you leave a message it is our promise that we will call you back within 30 minutes of your call. [Top]
Q: What are your hours?
A: At KingKongPartyRentals we understand how busy life is during the day, that is why we have long hours, seven days a week to be able to assist you at any time. Our current hours of operation are from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, 7 days a week. [Top]
Q: What time do you deliver and pick up the rented items?
A: You decide on the specific rental time and we will be there anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours before that for set up. You do not pay for set up or take down time. Your rental period can be for the majority of the day in the case of early delivery, or typically 6-8 hours. Additional hours and overnight set ups are available for a minimal additional charge. We pick up the unit after the party is over, but please allow up to 3 hours for pick up. If an exact delivery or pick up time is needed, just let us know. Margarita Machines - Answers
Q: How much does it cost to rent a margarita machine?
A: Our most up to date pricing is listed on this website. Pricing includes machine set up, pick up, 1 free bottle of mix concentrate), use of our 5 gallon pre-measured mixing bucket, a cart to place the machine on, cups, and straws. There maybe a $15-$35 delivery charge depending on your location. [Top]
Q: Are the machines easy to use?
A: Very easy! We mix your first batch and show you how to use the machine. NO ICE NEEDED. [Top]
Q: How many drinks does one batch make?
A: One batch of our margarita mix makes about 80 x 8oz drinks. Since margarita machines are so popular with guests (even if other drinks are offered), we recommend one batch for every 20 guests (thats 4 drinks per guest). [Top]
Q: How long does the first batch take to freeze?
A: We recommend getting the batch started 1 hour before your party starts. For best results, the machine should be kept indoors and out of direct sunlight. [Top]
Q: Who provides the liquor and how much will I need?
A: The customer provides all liquor. Our most popular and highly recommended Margarita with Triple sec mix requires 3.5 liters of tequila (2 x 1.75 liter bottles most commonly found in liquor stores). Most other flavors use two liters of alcohol per batch. [Top]

Q: What do I need to do when you deliver the machine?
A: When we deliver your machine, we will need to speak with someone who will be responsible for the operation of the machine and we need the required liquor for the first mix. We will make your first batch of mix and make sure the machine is set up and operating properly. Payment is required at time of delivery. [[Top]
